Saturday 30 January "Amazing Race" scavenger hunt event throughout Singapore, organized by the AWA and competing with 14 other teams. The MadExpats comprised of Maggie, Bruce, Flip, Shana, Thomas and Alisha, with taxi driver Gary raced throughout the island to complete the race in record time. The team was victorious in 3 categories: "Best Team Spirit," "Best Decorated Van," and "Longetivity" (for our combined team age of 75 years!).   • The MadExpats complete their first challenge - flying a paper airplane into a hula hoop despite heavy winds!
  • Krazy Coochie Kucing demands the imbibement of a shot, whilst the ominous orange umbrellla looms in the background.
  • Challenge completed!
  • We board the bus for the first "on road" challenge!
  • The MadExpats ONLY travel in superior "branded" carriages!
  • Early warning signs of impending doom: Kucing takes the plunge, Maggie can't find the Clues envelope, whilst Thomas quietly amuses himself!
  • Mad Alis demonstrates a Kangaroo's superiority over a Wombat, with Coochie Kucing as willing victim!
  • Coochie Kucing pays a visit to the front of the bus as well.
