Easy Instructions to get the most out of this site, QUICKLY!

Welcome!
If you're new to this site, the easiest way to view my photos is by "Slideshow".
Pick a Gallery
Click on "Adventure Trips," "Video," or Portfolio and then choose the particular "Trip" that you'd like to view.
Resolution
Some trip galleries have a choice between low and high resolution shots. Obviously "LOW Resolution" shots are better, (faster), for on-screen slide show viewing and "HIGH Resolution" shots are better if you'd like to download a particular shot.
Slideshow
Once you've selected a trip gallery, if you then pick "Slide Show" from the upper right corner of the thumbnails screen, it will play an overview of all the shots for you. This is the most convenient, if you don't want to manually page through the gallery or look for a particular shot.
Captions & Speed
You may turn "Captions" on or off, adjust the "Speed" or "Pause" the slide show if desired from the controls provided. (If your monitor's native resolution is greater than 1024 x 768 you may wish to play the Slide Show from the high resolution shots gallery regardless).
Log & Comments
Some trip galleries also have a "Trip Log." Choose this if you'd like to read about the trip events, from my personal perspective. Feel free to let me know what you think - post your comments about Trip Galleries or particular shots.
Video Section
A selection of video segments from various trips and events in my life are included in the Video Section. These are links from my YouTube Channel: (www.youtube.com/madexpat); Just click on them to play.
Download Photos
If you'd like to download a particular shot for your own use, please contact me. All photographs and videos on this site are copyrighted and may not be used for any purpose without express permission. Selected shots and footage may be available for purchase for personal as well as commercial uses, please click on the "buy" button for more information or email me directly if you can't find what you're looking for. (I have a large catalog of material that has not necessarily all made it onto the site yet).
Under Construction
At present, the Trip Galleries are incomplete. Over time, I will be adding further trips from the 80's & 90's, once I've finished sorting and processing.
Visited Countries Map
As many of you know, one of my lifetime goals was to visit ALL of the world's countries. As of 29 September 2008 I've completed that! Please do drop me a line with your travel advice, (Click the link in the title above), if you have any further insight for me on travel or destinations. I am particularly interested in festivals and celebratory events of all kinds!
